High-A Prospects
I added three levels to the System today: High-A West, High-A Central, and High-A East. This moved some of the prospects up and down the list because the System is now factoring in statistics at each of those levels into the overall TOT score. After making this adjustment, here are the top 10 prospects according to the System who appeared at High-A this season (including players that appeared at higher levels too!): Jhonkensy Noel was the strongest prospect at High-A this season, posting slightly below average BAT and RUN scores but double-plus PWR! While Noel's PWR is not a surprise - he has a future scouting grade of 60 Game Power and 70 Raw Power, it's his BAT and RUN that outperformed his future scouting grades (of 45 Hit and 20 Speed respectively). I want to see how this plays out at AA next season, but I'm very encouraged by this progress.
